A fine 18k rose gold Swiss, hunting cased, keyless, carillon minute repeating pocket watch, circa 1883. The covers with an engine-turned peripheral border, front cover inside with dedication dated 1883, engine-turned case band, hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with painted and stylized Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, recessed subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel spade hands.

Nickel-silver movement, 30 jewels, straight-line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, three hammers striking on two gongs by activating slide on the band. Case numbered movement marked.
