Swiss case punches, three gold lids, for the English market, gold dome punched, matching numbers on dial and movement, gilt 3/4 main plate in English design, English lever escapement, large bimetallic screw balance, blued Breguet hairspring, fine engraved balance cock with English inscription “Fast and Slow”, 3 screwed chatons, blued steel screws, crown winding, gear train with barrel/ without chain and fusee, original white enamel dial in very good condition, black Roman numerals surrounded by 1/5-seconds register, center seconds, blued seconds hand, gilt hands, case band with slide to stop the centre seconds, typical doctors watch for the English market.
