Silver keyless lever with centre seconds

A wonderful Swiss silver, painted on enamel and pearl set centre seconds pocket watch, circa 1860. Made for the Chinese market. An Empire case, reeded band, the back painted on enamel with a large flower bouquet on a blue ground, pearl set bezels, pendant and bow. Glazed gilt rimmed cover over the movement. White enamel dial, radial narrow Roman numerals, outer minute/seconds divisions with fifteen minute/seconds Arabic numerals and blued steel hands. Steel, polished Chinese movement, standing barrel, duplex escapement, monometallic compensation balance, steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Movement signed. Case numbered.
