Gold open faced lever doctor’s watch by Vacheron & Constantin

A very rare and small Swiss 18 carat gold open faced Ankerchronometer with pulse meter, chronograph and register, circa 1912. Plain case with an enamelled monogram on the back. Cuvette signed and inscribed Chronometre. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, red pulse meter scale, sunk subsidiary dial for the constant seconds, 30-minute counter, central chronograph hand and blued steel hands. Ankerchronometer movement, chronograph, 30-minute register. Dial and cuvette signed, movement signed and numbered, case numbered. Comes with the original presentation box.
