A fine and elegant 18 Carat gold enamel coral and pearl set lady’s pendant watch. Patek Philippe & Co., Genève Switzerland Circa 1865. Four body and bassine case which is entirely engraved, the back cover decorated with a painted enamel dove of peace holding an olive branch on a black ground, turquoise coloured enamel border set with cabochon coral and pearls and hinged gold cuvette.
White enamel dial with black radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions and blued steel Breguet hands. Matte gilt movement with bar calibre, 8 jewels, cylinder escapement, three-arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Cuvette signed.
