Gold five-minute repeater for the Russian market

A very fine Swiss 18-carat rose gold hunting cased five-minute repeating keyless lever pocket watch, for the Russian market, circa 1890.
Bridge movement, two hammers / two gongs, gold screw compensation balance, lever escapement, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and spade hands. Polished, engraved 18-carat rose gold case.
This gold pocket watch has a fine Swiss movement; the front lid is inscribed Zar und Vaterland (Tsar and Fatherland) below an emblem with the Maltese cross and an armoured arm holding a sword.
