A fine Patek Philippe pocket watch, sold to Tiffany with original box, circa 1905. An 18K gold, engine turned, case and movement with matching numbers, movement and dial signed Tiffany, Patek Philippe precision lever movement with wolf’s toothing and moustache lever, Patek Philippe patent 2680, punched on the main plate, very beautiful original enamel dial with red minutes and red seconds, blued steel hands, signed original box, complete original condition, intact, including a copy of the PP patent 2680.
