A very fine, and elegant Swiss 18 carat gold minute repeating keyless lever dress watch, circa 1930. Matte silver dial with champlevé Arabic numerals, outer minute track and gold hands. Polished plain case, coin-edge band. Rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs with two polished steel hammers, activated by a slide on the band. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed European Watch & Clock Co Inc.
