Diamond and emerald set pendant watch with open face by Patek Philippe

An extra thin, Swiss, keyless winding, gold, platinum, enamel Guirland–style pendant watch with diamonds, emeralds and platinum, and a pearl matching chain, circa 1909.
Round-shaped 18 Carat yellow gold case. Vieux-Gris (grey-green) flinqué enamel case back, with platinum and diamond set lace-style and knot ornaments with, in the centre, a marquise-shaped diamond; invisible-set emeralds case-border; Vieux-Gris (grey-green) flinqué enamel bezel; cabochon emerald set crown. Enamel dial with Dauphine radial hours, outer minutes track with red Arabic five minutes numerals, and gold Louis XV hands. Ultra thin movement with going barrel, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel flat hairspring, and eight adjustments.
Dial, case and movement signed. Accompanied by the extract from the Archives, dated October 30, 2018, mentioned that this watch was sold on August 31, 1926.
