Gold open faced lever pocket watch

A very fine Swiss, 18 Carat pink gold, a keyless pocket watch with split-seconds chronograph and instantaneous 30-minute register, circa 1915. A polished case, split-seconds gold push-button on the band at 11 o’clock, co axial button in the crown for start/stop and return-to-zero of the chronograph, button for setting on the band at 1 o’clock, back monogrammed. Hinged gold cuvette.

White enamel dial with radial Roman indexes, outer minute track, outermost fifths of second chronograph divisions, black painted Arabic five seconds numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and 30-minute register with black numerals. Blued steel spade hands.
A frosted gilt movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement with antenna compensation, bimetallic split balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometre regulator, split-seconds mechanism. Case and movement numbered.
