An elegant Swiss 18 carat yellow and white gold keyless dress pocket watch, circa 1940. A polished and brushed case, the back with engraved initials, rounded bezel, bow with engraved foliate pattern and black enamel inlaid arrow pattern. Brushed silver dial with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial and yellow gold Breguet hands. Rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance to eight adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Tiffany, case and movement signed Patek Philippe.
