A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced split seconds chronograph watch with register made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1930. The nickel lever movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance and 27 jewels. Silvered dial with applied gold Breguet hours, an outer minute track with fifth of second divisions and Arabic five minute numerals, two vertically aligned subsidiary dials for the 30 minute register and constant seconds, Breguet hands and blued chronograph hands. The polished case with a hidden hinge, the monogram HCW on the case back and an 18 carat yellow gold cuvette engraved with a presentation inscription. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed.
