A Swiss 18K yellow gold keyless watch with extra thin movement, set into the U.S. Twenty Dollar gold coin dated 1904, circa 1975. Accompanied by the original Certificate of Origin and Patek Philippe (Japan) service guarantee card and a Patek Philippe pouch. The hinged watch within the coin opened by a push-piece concealed in the band, in the front the profile of Lady Liberty and on the back the American Eagle. Satine gold dial with painted black Breguet numerals. Black oxidized gold baton hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung fl at balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
