14 carat gold engraved case with early IWC punch in heavy and solid quality and all 3 lids of solid gold; white enamel dial in perfect condition with Arabic numerals, sunk subsidiary dial for the seconds and beautiful gold Louis XV hands; precision lever movement caliber 53 with screwed gold chatons and movement number 40557.
