A fine Niello silver keyless pocket watch, made by Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve Switzerland, circa 1920. Four body, massive and demi bassine case, entirely Niello decorated in a chequered pattern and hinged silver cuvette.
White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and gold Breguet hands. Gilt brass movement with 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, a blued steel Breguet balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
