Large keyless Swiss yellow gold pocket lever chronometer

A very fine and rare, large, keyless, 18 carat yellow gold pocket lever chronometer accompanied by a fitted wooden box. Made in by Vacheron & Constantin, Genève Circa 1918.
Four-body, bassine and polished case with sunray engine-turned case back centred by a crest with engraved initials and hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with bold radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, large subsidiary seconds dial and gold spade hands.
Frosted gilt movement with 18 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and a swan neck micrometre regulator.
Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
