A fine and rare, thin Swiss, keyless, 18K yellow gold precision dress watch, circa 1950.
A solid case polished and brushed, “U” shaped bow. Matte silver dial with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes and Arabic 12, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold dauphine hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Elinvar Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
