A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel hunting cased lever pocket watch made for the Central American market, Circa 1865. High-quality lever movement with golden wheels, special lever. Decorative champlevé dial with Roman hours, subsidiary seconds and original steel hands. Case enamelled on both sides. Movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers.
