Gold hunting cased pocket watch by Breitling-Laedrich

A very fine Swiss hunting-cased pocket watch with centre seconds and lever duplex escapement, circa 1845. The watch has an engine-turned 18-carat gold case with a reeded band. Its enamel dial features radial Roman hours, radial Arabic minutes, centre seconds, and blued spade hands. In addition, the watch is equipped with a 3/4 plate movement, which is keywind, frosted, gilt, and has 14 jewels. It also has a lever duplex escapement and screw compensation balance.
