A rare, special version Swiss metal open faced keyless winding tourbillon pocket watch, a so-called poor man’s tourbillon, circa 1910. Movement according to patent No. 30754 with a lever escapement.
A very unusually designed dial with eccentric time indication in the upper half with Arabic hour numerals 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 en 12, an outer minute track and blued pear hands, inscribed EFCO EXTRA on both sides, underneath an aperture to view the visible tourbillon with a decoratively engraved balance bridge. A plain case.
Dial signed TH. Picard Fils, movement numbered and signed Mobilis Tourbillon.
