Unsigned gold pocket watch with portrait

A Swiss multicoloured 18 carat gold keywind open faced pocket watch with a polychrome enamel portrait, from the 18th century. This watch features a movement with a verge escapement and chain fusee. The plate is engraved with the name Amy Jean Jaquet from Geneva. It has a white enamel dial displaying Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, along with a winding square located at 2 o’clock. The case is made of multitone gold, and the back is adorned with a polychrome miniature of a woman in bust form, surrounded by floral designs and clasps. The watch is manually wound from the front and includes a key.
