An extremely rare Swiss 18 carat gold and diamond set buttonhole watch, circa 1890. Bridge movement with a cylinder escapement and ring balance. Small white enamel dial with black Arabic hour numerals and a red 12, outer minute dots and steel pear hands. A polished case, the bezel set with diamonds.
