A rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced doctor’s watch, circa 1930. Comes with the original presentation box, original certificate and an original spare dial with hands.
Plain case. A signed gold dome. Signed white enamel dial with Arabic hours, a pulsation scale, auxiliary seconds, 30 minute counter, central chronograph hands and blued spade hands. Rhodium plated 1/2 plate movement, Geneva striping decoration, the finest matted steel chronograph parts, a ratchet wheel, Swiss Patent 54714, screw compensation balance and index spring fine adjusting device.
