A Swiss rare Geneva gentleman’s pocket watch with the early stem winding system, unusual movement and Patek Philippe extract from the archives, circa 1855.
18 Carat gold, polished, à goutte case with a numbered and signed gold cuvette. Enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, auxiliary seconds and blued Breguet hands. Frosted gilt bridge movement with wolf’s teeth winding wheels, screw compensation balance and lateral lever.
