Charles-Henri Grosclaude
Grosclaude was born on May 16, 1814 in Les Planchettes, Neuchatel. He founded the company Ch. Hr. Grosclaude together with Charles-Théodor Vaucher on August 15, 1850. The company was later renamed to Ch. Hr. Grosclaude & Fils. Grosclaude married Henriette Calame in 1834; she was probably the daughter of Charles Frederick Calame. The couple had 10 children.
