A fine and unusual silver Swiss, keyless pocket watch, the case depicting St. George and the dragon, circa 1938. Accompanied by a fitted box, Concours du Souvenir de Genève by Vacheron & Constantin, Genève. Made for the 1st Prize of the Concours du Souvenir de Genève. Polished bezels, chased flower and scroll band, the back cover cast and chased with St. George and the dragon and the motto: S. Georgivs Eqvitvm Patronvs.

Hinged silver cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, gold Breguet hands. Frosted gilt movement, bar caliber, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, cuvette and movement signed.
