A deck chronometer with power reserve indicator made by Vacheron & Constantin in Genève, Switzerland, circa  1940. The numbered open faced case of this watch was crafted from silver. The original silvered dial bears Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, a large subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, power reserve indication at 12 and blued steel spade hands. The numbered movement is fitted with a fine adjusting device, Geneva striping decoration and a lever escapement.
The dial and movement are signed.
