A fine and rare Swiss, silver keyless deck and pocket chronometer with Guillaume balance and 36-hour power reserve indication, circa 1940. A massive, polished case, hinged back, bezel and silver cuvette. White enamel dial with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and up-and-down scale. Blued steel spade hands. A frosted and gilt movement, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Guillaume balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
