Vaucher Frères à Genève, Swiss watch manufacture
The Vaucher Frères à Genève company was active in Geneva from 1780 to 1830. The company was founded by brothers Daniel Vaucher and Pierre-François Vaucher, a third brother Abraham Vaucher became an enameller and goldsmith. He probably also worked for the company. His daughter Jeanne-Marguerite married the watchmaker Jean-Jacques Jequier . Vaucher Frères à Genève became known for so-called bras en l’air watches.
