An elegant Swiss 18 carat yellow gold keyless dress watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1930. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives and a knife with chain. The polished case with a hinged cuvette. Silvered dial with applied yellow gold Breguet hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and yellow gold Breguet hands. The rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, eight adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring and an index regulator. Case, dial and movement signed.
