Gold chronograph made in limited edition – An extremely rare, large Swiss, 18 carat yellow gold grand luxe skeletonized pocket watch, circa 1972. With split-seconds chronograph and 30-minute register. Accompanied by the original leather travel-fitted box. The movement was entirely hand-cut, filed, angled and chased by Jules-Henri Meylan.
