A very fine Swiss 14 carat rose gold hunting cased lever pocket watch, circa 1909. 2/3 Plate movement, Patent No. 31457, Rauschenbach’s patented device for limiting the winding of clockworks with a barrel, a piston tooth lever escapement and screw compensation balance. White enamel dial with Arabic hours, outer minute divisions, sunk subsidiary seconds and Louis XIV hands. A plain case with monogram SH on the front. Case signed and numbered, movement numbered and stamped Probus Scafusia.
