A Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced manual wound pocket watch, circa 1850. The movement with a lever escapement. White enamel dial, the hands have been replaced. The case with a central polychrome enamel bouquet of flowers on the back, surrounded by a gold decorative frame and outermost gold foliage on a blue enamelled ground.
