A small Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch with 14 carat gold chain made by Patek Philippe in Geneva for Tiffany & Co in New York, U.S.A., circa 1899. The Swiss lever movement with a cut and compensated bimetallic balance, and wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track and blued steel spade hands. The engine turned case with a coin edged band, a monogram on the back and personal inscription on the cuvette. Dial, case and movement signed by the retailer, case and movement with matching numbers. Comes with a provenance letter from the Henri Stern Watch Agency Inc. dated July 3rd, 1974, and brochures.
