A fine and elegant Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel hunting cased keyless ladies’ pendant watch with detachable gold, pearl and Limoges style enamel brooch made by B. Haas Jeune & Cie in Geneva, circa 1890. The frosted gilt bar caliber movement with eight jewels, a cylinder escapement, plain three arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost red five minute numerals and original gold spade hands. The front of the case is decorated with a fine polychrome enamel and coloured paillon scene of two parakeets amongst foliage, has a flower spray on the back, and engraved bezels and band. A further hinged gold cuvette with engraved dedication. Accompanied by a fine gold tooled morocco leather and beadwork period presentation box. Case and cuvette signed, movement numbered.
