A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased precision watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1907. The Extra Quality bridge movement with a piston tooth lever escapement and Guillaume gold screw compensation balance with diamond endstone. White enamel dial with Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued spade hands. A plain case. Comes with the original presentation box. Dial signed, case numbered, cuvette and movement signed and numbered.
