An English gold pair cased hour repeating repoussé pocket watch, circa 1760. Early fire gilt verge movement with only one hammer, repeating hours on bell. White enamel ‘Dutch’ dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, gilt hands. Outer repoussé case with figure scene, pierced, fine sound openings, ornamented with blossoms and tendrils, bell, the inner case pierced and engraved.Movement signed. Comes with gold watch chain.
