Braillard
The history of G. Braillard (later operating as G. Braillard & Frères) is a classic example of a high end Swiss établisseur (finisher and assembly house) that flourished during the golden era of Swiss pocket watches in the late 19th and early 20th  centuries.

Rather than mass manufacturing raw movements from scratch, Braillard carved out a highly respected niche by sourcing elite mechanisms and transforming them into luxury, exhibition worthy timepieces.

No formal business partnership or corporate merger existed between LeCoultre & Cie and G. Braillard. However, they operated within the same late 19th to early 20th century Swiss watchmaking ecosystem, which frequently involved standard supply chain transactions.
