A fine and very rare Swiss silver open faced chronograph pocket watch with 15 minute counter, circa 1915. Interesting, early Omega chronograph movement. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, very rare 15 minute counter and gold hands. Plain case, monogram to the back. Case and movement numbered, dome and case pumched with Omega Hallmark and small inscribed dedication from 1917.
