A fine French 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set open faced Lépine pendant watch and corresponding gold chatelaine, circa 1870. Cylinder movement, key winding. Screwed white enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, filigree hands. Delicate gold chatelaine with the original gold and enamel key and signet. The case back very finely chased, black enamel inlay set with rose-cut diamonds. Case numbered, cuvette signed and numbered.
