A Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel hunting cased pocket watch with matching chain made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1867. The key wind movement with a moustache lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track and steel moon hands. The case engraved and enamelled on both sides. Case and movement with matching numbers, the cuvette inscribed Made for Bailey & Co Philadelphia – Patek Philippe & Co Geneva. Comes with a corresponding very decorative 18 carat gold and blue enamel chain with pearls.
