Mascort & Bonturi was a popular shop for fine clothing in Buenos Aires. Chronographs with production counter are extremely rare. We are not aware of any other Vacheron & Constantin chronograph with this dial. The indication on the dome could mean that it is a special design for the man’s outfitter to measure the number of pieces in certain production processes. The counter starts at 90 and ends at 12 which means 12 pieces per minute. The graduation is accurate to 1/5 of a second!
