A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced lever doctor’s watch, circa 1915. Nickel finished lever movement, plain cock with polished steel fine adjustment, compensation balance, polished steel chronograph work above the plate. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds, 30-minute registers, and blued steel hands. Case beautifully decorated to the back, push button in the pendant to operate the flyback centre seconds chronograph. Movement made by Heuer & Cie.
