A heavy Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased lever pocket watch, circa 1912. Omega chronometer calibre with screwed gold chatons and special fine adjusting device, lever escapement. Cuvette with Swedish dedication from 1914. Perfectly preserved white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and rose gold hands. Extremely massive Omega case in top quality, monogrammed. Case numbered, movement signed.
