Gold pendant watch in the shape of a vine leaf by Joseph Tapponier

An extremely rare Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set hunting cased form pendant watch, circa 1850. Cylinder escapement. Screwed white enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, steel Breguet hands. Case in the shape of a vine leaf, high relief on both sides, multi-coloured enamel, the front set with rose-cut diamonds. Cuvette signed and numbered.
