Gold minute repeating chronograph

A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased minute repeating split seconds chronograph keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1892. Retailed by Tiffany & Co in New York, U.S.A. The jewelled nickel lever movement with a bimetallic compensation balance, repeats the minutes on two steel gongs. White enamel dial with black Breguet hour numerals, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and red Arabic five minute numerals, blued hands. The polished case with a hinged monogrammed cover, split seconds chronograph button and repeating slide in the band, and gold cuvette. Dial signed by the retailer, case and movement signed by the watchmaker, case, cuvette and movement numbered.
