A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced manual wound pocket watch with chronograph made in the late 19th century. It has a mechanical movement with lever escapement. The white enamel dial features Roman numerals for the hours, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute counter at 12, blued central chronograph hand and gilt Louis XV hands. The plain case features an engraved monogram on the back.
