A very fine, thin Swiss 14 carat gold open faced lever dress watch with 18 carat gold long chain, circa 1925. Rhodium-plated movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Hinged gilt metal cuvette. Two-tone, matte and brushed silver dial with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial and original white gold cathedrale hands. Polished case. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case numbered.
