A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pendant watch, circa 1903. Manual, lever movement. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. 18 Carat gold cuvette, hinged case back with engraved monograms. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed, case, cuvette and movement numbered. Accompanied by Patek Philippe fitted presentation box and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial, Breguet numerals and smooth back cover with engraved initials S.N. in 1903 and its subsequent sale on
30 August 1913.
