Gold lever chronograph with split seconds by Patek Philippe

A fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced split seconds chronograph keyless lever watch, circa 1904. Manual, lever movement. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, two subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minute register. Plain case, split seconds chronograph operated through the crown and button in the band, lock lever in the band,to the back engraved monogram MA.
Case and dial signed, cuvette and movement signed and numbered. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe fitted presentation box and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial, Breguet numerals, red minute figures, small seconds hand, Louis XV hands and chronograph counter in 1904 and its subsequent sale on 13 January 1910.
